    Is this Globalization ?
    INTERNATIONAL THINKING

    AT ITS BEST!

    Question: What is the truest definition of Globalization?

    Answer: Princess Diana's death.

    Question: How come?

    Answer: An English princess

    with an Egyptian boyfriend

    crashes in a French tunnel,

    driving a German car

    with a Dutch engine,

    driven by a Belgian who was drunk

    on Scottish whisky, (check the bottle before you change the spelling)

    followed closely by Italian Paparazzi,

    on Japanese motorcycles;

    treated by an American doctor,

    using Brazilian medicines.

    This is sent to you by an American,

    using Bill Gates's technology,

    and you're probably reading this on your computer,

    that use Taiwanese chips,

    and a Korean monitor,

    assembled by Bangladeshi workers

    in a Singapore plant,

    transported by Indian lorry-drivers,

    hijacked by Indonesians,

    unloaded by Sicilian longshoremen,

    and trucked to you by Mexicans

    That, my friends, is Globalization

    Thumbs down
    While that might be funny and possible a good joke post, I don't think it's appropriate to use (Princess Diana's death) in a joke post.

    Think about it Gordon,

    If you were related to Princess Diana, would you have made that post?

    Have to agree with MIke on this one. It was um... dead-on.

    btw - I really liked Di, she was awesome. A little humor is okay now and then, and it poked fun at the event, but not the person.

    Well as an Englishman who is yet to be 100% convinced that her death was indeed an accident and also as an Englishman who was f&*^ing disgusted at the reaction from our Queen and her family regarding the time it took that ***** (queenie) to come off her holiday and make a public announcement regarding Britians best loved Royal I think I have a right to state my feelings Mr.Sal and I will. If people dont like them they should just block my posts.

    But yes you may be correct it is a joke in bad taste but you think about it Mr.Sal most jokes are at someones expence when you think about it even if it is only the Scotsman Irishman and the vicar.
