    Seems like every weekend there are problems.
    I wish CJ would do whatever it takes to FIX THIS.

    You know something is wrong when there are 50+ people in the forum on a Saturday afternoon. Glad they took the batch reporting delay notice down without letting us know what's happening right now.

    Delays are just from the batching merchants?
    Geeze......... I haven't had a sale since 1230PST, and that was just a dime for an eBay bid!!! And, none of my merchants are batchers. I am beginning to think that CJ is the batcher!! Especially on the weekends!

    Why does it take 48 hours for somebody from CJ to say something about it? Were you hoping that nobody would notice?

    Is this going to be one of those episodes where sales disappear for several days, then just ONE of the days gets "caught up"?

    Seems odd that you should be "on duty" on a Saturday, Todd. Would there be a reporting problem if you guys were out of the office? The more this happens, the more it looks as if a personnel problem may be the root of the reporting problems.

    I look forward to the day that CJ gets bought out again and cleaned up proper.

    If you review my posts, I am a big whiner about missing sales and untracked transactions. and the blackhole reporting have been getting longer and longer lately.

    but when they say, they're working on it, I'll roll out the red carpet for them.

    now, if later on the system still needs fixing, i'll holler again you betcha.

    There is no post in the CJ interface announcing a problem. CJ refuses to accept the fact that their servers and/or software has flaws. All they do is say things like "There appears to be a reporting delay."
    No accountability, absolutely none and that is infuriating. Sometimes you have to step up and admit problems.
    Every week there are problems and they fix them with bubble gum instead of getting to the root of it and solving it. Do they have a warehouse of old, dusty, tired servers that they just keep recycling or is it incompetence in the programming side? Either way they need to pinpoint it and solve it, not just go for the quick fix.
    We are on a 12 hour + delay and CJ has yet to acknowledge it other than Todd coming here and saying there appears to be a problem. No excuse for that lack of accountability.
