    Strawberrynet.com at Linkshare too?
Just got accepted over at LS, i still see them at CJ. Anybody know if they're quitting CJ? I know you can't have programs at both places.

I'm not so sure about that anymore. There is a recent travel merchant addition to CJ that is over at LS as well.

Perhaps that clause is being waived now?

SN is also at Shareasale and several other lesser-known networks.

    This is a good thing.

Of course their CJ terms are the best: 10% commission and 45 return days.

strawberrynet is at SAS? I must have missed that.

edit, i see them now, 7.5% so at CJ 10%. I figured that figure would be reversed and they would pay more thru SAS.

I believe they are consolidating everything to LS. They will be closing their CJ program shortly.

    With your permission Todd,

I need to highjack this thread, feel free to delete this post if you have to.

That is another crap I don't like about some networks and the main reason that I am no longer believe in any religion.

If any network think that they're mighty than any other network, they can go to hell.

If any religion think that they're mighty than any other religion, they can go to hell.

If I am a "Pink Solar Widget" merchant and I want to sell my "Pink Solar Widget" on the net to every one that is looking for a "Ping Solar Widget" and I decide to use all the Networks I find to promote my pink solar widget, why will any particular Network is going to forbidden me from using any other network to promote my product?

If the same affiliate can promote my products no matter what network I use and the same John Doe consumer can buy my products on the internet from any link he finds. What's up with that crap about me been able to work with only one Network exclusively, if I want to use all the networks available and willing to pay for their services too, in order to sell more and be more popular on the net with my "Pink Solar Widget" products?

    ------------------
I find the same shit with some religions.
1- In one, I have to shave my head.
2 - In one, I have to pray tree times a day.
3 - In one, I have to don't eat meat.
4 - In one, I have to hate America.
5 - In one, I have to never mention the devil.
6 - In one, I have to cut of some fore skin of my Richard.
7 - In one, I have to sacrifice a virgin.

    Etc,etc.......

So at the end I say to myself, I am no longer a religious man, because:

1a - I like my Grey hair, so I won't shave my head.
2a - I will never get on my knee for fear of death.
3a - I like porkchops, barbecue ribs, roast pork and hamburgers.
    4a - I love America.
5a - I saw that movie, "Oh God, You Devil" (with George Burns), so the devil are in the details.
6a - That is out of the question.
7a - The only way that I would do that is, I can find one so I can marry her.

    Back on Topic.

The way I see it as of today:

Some Networks just want to make all the money, no matter who they screw at the end.

    AND

Some Religions just want to collect all the human fear of the unknown, just in case they're right, so they can get some points in the afterlife with the God's they preach on earth.

    So.......

The wrong network, can cost you money.
The wrong religion, can cost your soul.
    For everything else.
    You fill in the blanks.......

    -----------------------

Welcome to reality, even if any one bash me for this post, I don't care, because that's life and I have not said anything that is not the truth so far on this post.

    Sal.

I have several merchants that are both at CJ and Performics. I thought it was LinkShare's contract that says merchants can't be in other networks if they are in the LinkShare network.

Why are you bashing Todd and CJ? They don't impose that restriction on their merchants.

I don't mind reading all your ranting and raving, but I think if you're going to do it, you should point it in the right direction.

    Tracy,

I think you read my post wrong.

I will never Bash CJ or Todd, the only one that deserve a real bashing here is LS.

    Again, read my post again.

To me CJ is the mother of my kid's, so even if I get mad at CJ, I will never Bash CJ.

And LS to me is like the girl next door, I would like to date her, but I don't go out with hookers.

I hope that now, you get my drift.....

And thank you for reading all of my ranting and raving.

    Sal.

Hmmm ... guess I misunderstood who you were angry at. The quote of Todd's post at the top made it look like you were directing the rant at him, as you didn't specifically explain.

I am not angry at any one, but if you notice it, I started my post with a Todd's quote:

I believe they are consolidating everything to LS.
I just didn't wanted to mention LS on the CJ forum but, you forced me to do it.

So it's your fault, I am OK.

No hard feelings with anyone today

    --------

But, I read what trust posted and then deleted like a , but no problem, I will get him back soon.

You crack me up. I saw what Trust said too. I thought it was funny. Reminded me of the old story about the kid who had to write a term paper about the difference between theory and reality, and went to his father for help.

As amusing as all this is , I still have a burning question .

If SN is leaving CJ, why haven't they sent their affiliates anything saying so? And when should we make sure our links are changed over to LS? Why would they move to LS considering all the crap over there? And most importantly, WHY DOESN'T PAPA JOHNS HAVE A TACO PIZZA????

They keep on moving here and there, we the affiliates who just know how to put up links and knows nothing about datafeed, css or what not, suffers. I had put up many individual products of SN throughout my sites and have to take them down and replace other merchants products one page at a time. The worst is that LS had terminated my account sometimes ago without any reasons and had appealed to them with no answers.

The bottom line is that merchants are looking at their profit margins and could'nt care less about us affiliates. If they have to move to improve on their profit margin they will do so.

Have to go and find a day time job before others do so.........

Thank you for the forewarning Strawberrynet: most merchants don't give any warning whatsoever.

1- In one, I have to shave my head.
2 - In one, I have to tree times a day.
3 - In one, I have to don't eat meat.
4 - In one, I have to hate America.
5 - In one, I have to never mention the devil.
6 - In one, I have to cut of some fore skin of my Richard.
7 - In one, I have to sacrifice a virgin.
Mr Sal, you have dazzled me with your exposition of the requirement of most religions and linguist prowess. Move over Foucault, Sartre et al, we have an intellectual par excellence who is going to shatter the last vestiges of religion. I'm shaking in anticipation at your forthcoming magnum opus and have already set aside a place on my bookshelf for it.
