I have a question for anyone that has an answer..
You know the sign-in pages with the confirmation code images that you have to enter to proceed?
The ones to keep programs from pilfering data..
I understand why you have to enter them in..
Why do they have to be blurry or hard to read for human eyes?

I think they are gif files generated on the fly by a script so maybe the image quality is not real good. I hate the ones who overdo the italics.

They are made hard to read so that font recognition software cannot automatically fill in the code.
