I have installed and run the amazon script.
Can someone tell me how to use a php include so that it appears in the footer of every page?

If you want to include a PHP generated footer in the AE template so it appears on every AE generated page, then use an SSI (Server-Side-Include) statement. For example, if you want to include the file "/stuff/footer.php", then use:
