    Amazon script
    I have installed and run the amazon script.

    Can someone tell me how to use a php include so that it appears in the footer of every page?

    If you want to include a PHP generated footer in the AE template so it appears on every AE generated page, then use an SSI (Server-Side-Include) statement. For example, if you want to include the file "/stuff/footer.php", then use:

    <!--#include virtual="/stuff/footer.php"-->

    If you are talking about the reverse, about including some AE output on all your PHP pages, then see FAQ: Can I use Associate Engine on my PHP webpages?
