    Temporarily Offline Merchant
I saw one or two merchants I am joining with are on the status of Temporarily Offline for more than a month. One of them is even participating in the Auto-Deposit program. I tried to click the link and went to the link is not currently active page. When I type their domains on my browser, they are online. Are they going to move from SAS?

I am starting to simply dump merchants that go offline - this is incredibly bad for an affiliate site to have all kinds of dead links.

    IRS,

I dump offline merchants after a day or two. Being offline shows that a merchant isn't serious about their program. There is no excuse for being down for more than a day or two.

    Send off-line merchants a message....dump them.

    Good Luck!

I don't mind it so much if it's once in a while and only for a short while, but it would be nice to receive deactivation alerts from Shareasale, so that PPC campaigns can be stopped for the time being.

Deactivation alerts certainly would be useful.

When I see a deactivated merchant, I drop them. If they don't care enough about their program to keep it funded, I'm not interested.

This is by far the most common complaint with ShareASale.com.

I wonder why their 7 Day EPC are showing non-zero figures. Something must be wrong with the EPC calculations.

I don't think the SAS EPC calculations are very accurate. I have merchants who I make sales with that show 0 for 7 day and 30 day. They can't be 0 for either if I have a few sales with them in the last 30 days.
Maybe there is a minimum transaction dollar amount before EPC calculation kicks in.
Brian can best answer this. I would be curious to know.

One of them is even participating in the Auto-Deposit program
i can only think that the C.C that they are using for auto deposit is to its limit. or that they stopped the standing order from that card.

if any of you that are in my program, see anything at all wrong with our account, please let me know straight away, and it will be fixed there and then.

though we have never had any problems so far.
