Do (how) you think this will affect PPC users?

I just received this in my mailbox from a friend. I read it over a few times and I am not sure how they would be getting money other then artifiically inflating PPC prices.

I just had eye surgery on Wednesday (for a lazy eye) and things are still very blurry and can't focus correctly so there may be something that I am missing.

If they really do make money then so how we must be getting screwed!

You are about to find out how to make $450 per month!

You can automatically search up to 1500 search engines per
    day. and get paid everytime.

This is still a relatively unknown program, meaning there
is still a lot of potential for you to get a lot of people
signed up, before everyone joins when word gets out that it
is paying. I have included the original information below,
if anyone else would now like to try this for yourself.

There is not a lot of information at the website, so I will
explain to you what was explained to me by my sponsor.

The program works kind of like those click on search engine
and get paid kind of programs, except for 2 things.

First of all, you don’t have to click on any links–it runs
    automatically in the background.

Second, it doesn’t give you just one search engine that
makes you money. Right now there are about 21 search
engines that run within the program, which if you run your
computer 24/7 you will make about $15 a day.

In about a month they will be adding about another 200
search engines. Imagine the earning potential of that!

    At that point you’ll make between $40 and $60 a day…just
for being online. That’s with no referrals. If you have any
referrals, you get 5% of their running time as well, 4
levels deep. The potential to make a great deal of money is
    very evident.

The way it works is that each search engine builds up a
separate total of your surfing time. You have to reach an
amount of $10-$50 before you get paid from each separate
    search engine.

By my figuring, if you had your computer running 24/7, with
no referrals it would take you about 1-2 months to build up
to $50 in each of the 21 now running search engines. $50
times 21 equals $1050! That’s not bad for less than 2
    months of doing nothing.

Now figure what it would be going with the minimum of $40
per day when they add the 200 search engines. $40 times 224
equals $8960 !! Remember that’s with no referrals!

Here is my url to sign up.

Note: Don’t let the boring looking site discourage you,
once you are set up, it’s great fun watching your income
rise, in real time, for doing nothing!

Here are the instructions to get started:

    1. You must go here and fill out the form:

    2. Where it says Company Name put: ppc appraisal.

    3. For url put:

    4. For TAX ID I just put: n/a

    5. Fill the rest out normally.

    6. Now login. That will take you to a menu.

    7. Click on Requests.

8 .At the bottom of the page hit Select All, then Request.

    9. After that, back to the bottom of the page and hit, Page
2, then Select All, then Request.

    10. If there are MORE than 2 pages (and there will be
soon), do the same for EACH page.

    11. DO all the above first then go download the program (2
    paragraphs below).

This bit is really neat….it just sits in the background and
runs and earns you money…..Cool!! After you have had this
running for a while go to your PPC account and click on
statistics and watch the different search engines appear
    and total your money earning….excellent!!

Here are the further instructions. If you follow the
instructions exactly (step by step) you should have no
problem. If you do let me know and I will help you out.

    12. Please download the file called test33 (it’s like a mini
    browser) Here:

    13. After that we will do the setup and put the portal url
    in it.

    14. Login to PPC appraisal and on the menu elect Campaigns.

    15. Copy your Portal Url which is the one listed on the

    16. Make sure the url has portal in it.

    17. Did you download the Test 33?? If you did, open the
browser, which is the test33 program you just downloaded.

    18. Go to Tools in the Test 33 browser, then Analyst, then
    Act, then SETUP.

    19. On the lower left side hit APPEND.

    20. A popup window will open.

    21. Type…. Set 1 …. in it and hit okay.

    22. It will disappear.

    23. Now the small window on the left you should see Set 1
    in it.

    24. Then paste the Portal Url that you copied from the PPC
website into the large window on the right and hit okay
(make sure that the cursor isn’t on the second line).

    25. Back to Tools, Analyst, Act, then hit SET 1

    26. The url will load.

    27. Then Tools, Analyst and hit LOOP.

    28. Then click on Navigation.

    29. Click on the word Six at the bottom.

    30. This will open up 6 separate search engine browsers, so
instead of just getting paid from 1 at a time it pays you
    for 6 at a time.

    31. The Test 33 program will start clicking on search
engines. There are 21search engines in that one url.

    32. If you shut it off, or get booted, just open the Test
33 browser go to Tools/Analyst and hit Loop, and Navigation
and 6 to start it all up again.

    33. Nothing else.

    Do not touch any settings.

Once you get this set up you can minimize the window and go
    about whatever you normally do.

Feel free to use all of the information I have given you to
refer others. Do change my URL to the one for you.

These are just search engines that get run through this
program. What they are doing is paying to try to improve
their numbers with Alexia so they have a better chance of
competing with the big boys like Yahoo and Google.

It is already affecting PPC users. Sign up with any second rate PPC search service and you will get LOTS of clicks, but nothing in return. This is because you are paying for junk traffic like this.
Download their little program that quietly sits in the background and earns you money and you now have an open door on your machine for whatever these sleezebags think you need on your computer ie: trojans, viruses, spyware etc. They have a wide open doorway to take over your machine.

If your friend sent this and is planning on doing this, you it is time for an intervention to help save their computer.

Only their morals if they know what they are really doing.
Sooooo many people fall for this kind of sh!t and are clueless of the big picture.
I got an e-mail from a friend not too long ago telling how cool this free screensaver site is and how cool the free e-mail smilie package is.
I just shake my head and mumble when I see this kind of thing.

Actually, the person who sent it to me was not planning on doing this but thought that since I do PPC once in a while, I'd want to take a look at it, to see if it would hurt my cash flow.

Since I only do PPC with G, I guess it won't make any differance. I do feel for those who will be paying hard earned money for crappy clicks.
