Any aff programs that sell the same stuff as Northern Tool?
Looking for a company that is flexible in the PPC search arena who wants to generate sales that can't be generated within the NT policies. Any suggestions?

Never done anything with Amazon up to this point, but with the short cookies they offer, think the sales on industrial machinery would happen fast enough to get paid?

always depends on your customers. you'll have to see what they have to sell.

recently I sold a roll-around double locker: list 1100, sold at 999, commission was 98 if I remember right. didn't see the credit for five or six weeks but it finally shipped.

the short cookie will always be a problem. I can't picture large or expensive items being impulse-buy material. But if you can't find it anywhere else, at least you have it to sell. Being placed in a shopping cart extends the cookies.

amazon.com wants to be the premier salesman for the world so they may solicit and get listings for bigger stuff. earth movers? maybe not for a while, yet.

and I really like the inventory (not necessarily the prices) at Northern Tool. Too bad the links die so quickly. This is a place where we really could use a dynamic PSC.

We're probably going to start with ShareASale. Opinions on this network?

    Might try CJ access:

    http://www.cj.com/solutions/adv_access.jsp

you get nicked and dimed for some stuff since it is the low end program but it's gonna be a lot less than LS and probably more visibility than SAS

I noticed Cummins Tools home page currently has a toll free number in large font at the top.

You may want to see if an affiliate landing page without the number can be utilized so as to enhance the success of your affiliate program.

so if you go with SAS there are methods available to assign an affiliate's ID# to the page given to the visitor. call it a priority number and put it right under the 800# and we'll be very happy. especially if you train your telephone support people right. . .
