Those types of query strings are comonly used with advertising programs to identify the source of the link. Have you hired anyone to run an advertising program or to drive traffic to your site?
When different query strings are used as source identifiers and you end up with multiple URLs for the same page in search engine databases, you run the risk of being penalized for duplicate content. A lot of sites run into the same type of problems when session IDs are allowed to display in URLs.There's good, fast and cheap. Pick any two.

Wow, thanks. I cant belive this, I had thousands of these query links.. Surprised I have not been kicked out of the internet itself yet
I checked about the advertising and found out the problem is linking places.. Linking programs with .php extensions. Not only that, but I could not believe the crap I was linked with!!!! YUK!
Thanks, I quickly undid all my .php linking programs, I rather have no links than that nonsense.
Preciate you help,
