    Credit Site Anyone?
Hubby has a site that we have built on credit repair. I think we have had it a for about a year and a half. It has a page rank of 2...

I'm interested. How much are you asking for it. Do you have any income stats?

We have listed the site with sedo and set a minimum offer of $1000, though we are open to considering less if the price seems fair.
I don't have any stats ready to go...I could go and seperate those from my other sites in reports, we don't really have much income off of it due probably to the fact that I don't do good presell of the products we have advertised on the site. (Someone suggested we do a completely automated system with a downloadable package of diy forms for repair but I am not that savvy to figure all that out!)

If you dont earn much income from the site... it's not worth more then $50 maybe $100 if you can show that it get a fair amount of traffic...

If you want more then that you need to keep the site till you get the traffic and sales numbers up...

typically a site is worth 2 or 3X it's sales... more if the domain is special..

So my credit site that makes about 500 a month is worth $12,000. to $18,000? It only has a pagerank of 3.

Obviously value is relative and based on more than simply earnings or page rank. Two sites earn the same revenue, but one has a PR 1 and the other a PR 3...the same price? I doubt it.
There seem to be guidelines, but it all depends on what a buyer is willing to pay.

The standard rate I've always gone with is 10 months worth of (provable) earnings - any known expenses.
