I have unpaid commission going back to March of this year at Linkshare.
I've sent them 3 emails asking for assistance and they haven't done me the simple courteousy of replying let alone acknowledging my emails.
I'm amazed at this arrogance. It's unprofessional and insulting.
Does anyone know if there's anyone alive at Linkshare?
Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Several people have said that they have always had good responses from "abw at linkshare.com". (Change the at to @).

I am still waiting for payment from Yves Rocher from sales in Feb, March, and April. I emailed LinkShare and Yves Rocher. NO response from eithier, yet. What is the next step to take?

I would recommend calling them directly. Emails they can ignore, but when they have you on the other end of the phone it is a bit harder for them to pretend you are not there.Ron Bechdolt | Affiliate Program Management Consultant

About three emails and over 10 days later I go the following response from LinkShare in regards to my Yves Rocher payment... The run around, of course!
We apologize for the delay in answering your inquiry.
Yves Rocher is no longer an active merchants in our system. We have forwarded your concern to our team member who handled this account. We are working with the merchant to settle all amounts due to pay our affiliates.
You may wish to contact the merchant directly for information on their payment plans with Linkshare.

Good news... I hope! I have received word from Yves Rocher that they are in the process of paying their last invoice to LinkShare. Once it has been paid, LinkShare will release final affiliate payments. They claim the process will be resolved in the next few days.
We shall see! But I should have emailed Yves right from the start because they were very quick in responding. And polite about it. More than I can say for LS.
