That's right! I'm selling one of my sites.

I spent over $5k putting this site together, and all it needs is traffic! I don't have time to maintain it or build traffic for it.

It has an administration section that's easy to maintain. I will gladly show the site and provide a walkthrough to the administration section to those individuals that are seriously interested.

I will also provide customization and code enhancement to the buyer.

    Regards,

    Manny D

Heh, good luck. One of the only reasons I'd buy a site would be for it's traffic.
    Maybe try ebay.

    Agree with pete.

I wish someone would buy some of my sites so I don't have to mess with them!

If I had to spend 5 G on a site it certainly would warrant the time to make certain some traffic and ROI was in place
Selling wouldn't seem a reasonable option if nothing was being earned

Think of it in real world terms: most srores for sale come with existing customers. Now realize the web is the real world.

By the way, how did it cost you $5k ? Musta been your time estimate. I'll never get back my time in money for any of my sites.
