Looking for some link exchanges please
My affiliate sites were rather dormant lately until my PR recently shot up to 5 on one and 4 on some others. So, I've been updating and would like to exchange some links to promote traffic, PR, etc. I have a mall type site with pr of 5, links page of 4; luggage site with a pr of 4 (would be willing to exchange front page links); and a sports fanfare type of site with a pr of 4, same deal as luggage site. Would like pr 4 or above links if possible. Please send PM if interested.

    Thanks,

    Jim

I have a shopping website as well, PR4 with 5000 pages, inner pages are PR1/2/3. We can do a sitewide link exchange.

It's none of my business, so I have to apologize if I'm being presumptuous, but if it were me, I personally would think twice about doing recip sitewides at this point in time. Just MHPO.

Like I said, just my personal opinion, Geno. I've just been reading about people running into problems by getting an enormous number of new links at one time, especially if they've been slow to add links in the past or if they're brand new sites.

Would you be willing to do a leapfrog exchange rather than a reciprocal exchange?

ie: I would link to your site from one of my sites with established PR, in exchange for a link from your site to a different one of my sites.

Personally I think link exchanges that don't reciprocate traffic are a waste of time. I've got some exchanges where I give and receive a good number of visitors per day. Doesn't even matter what the PR is as long as there's actual traffic running between the links. Search engines are getting smarter and have started to pick up on traffic-less reciprocal links. So just be sure the page you're linking from sends humans and not just search engine bots. Also, try not to accept a link on a page that doesn't get human visitors, it's really got limited value.
