Installing, I still got internal server error 500, what else can I do?
When I install, all I got is 500 server error. I have try everything suggested here like re-upload using ascii mode, re-check the permission to 755, make sure the perl path is correct. But I still I got this error. Is there anything else I could do? Or I should just give up?

    Appreciate any advice.

P.S. I've download the test file from, it work OK on my server.

Try CHMOD 775. Then Try CHMOD 777.

Check the server's error log file and see what the error is.

If it still doesn't work, use the support form and supply your FTP login info so I can take a look at it.

    Thanks, it's work now.

Here is what I do : chmod to 775 and then to 777, both still produce the error.

As a last resort before I use the support form, I re-upload using ASCII mode, and chmod it to 755, and's work. But I still don't know what cause the error in the first place.

Now I will install the merchant module...
