Sounds to me like some of the larger/worse parasites have somehow got a "pass you are allowed to continue stealing" from Microsofts AntiSpyware.
In my tests MSFT AntiSpyware suggested ignore for Claria, 180Solutions, WhenU, and other mainstream adware products on May 26th.
One day parasites and their ilk will be made illegal, I bet a few Lawyers will be pissed off when the day comes.
Mr. Spitzer is fetching it nearer

I'm mad like hell to see that. All these big companies have no ethics, they are doing it for the money. If MS AntiSpyware don't flag these scums anymore it's just an other piece of crap not worth to be on my PC. One of the good news is WorldCom's Ebbers Gets 25 Years For $11 Billion Fraud . Not let see, if one day, we can see how much is worth 180Solutions CEO.

We should make our own. I would pay into that. And then have all the affiliates push it.

That's not a bad idea. I'm sure there's a few frustrated programmers at that GiantCompany.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - I am going to become a lunatic MS-basher.... I thought it would never happen... but pulling MS AntiSpyware's teeth out is ludicrous!

I am angry at the deception this reveals.

MS Anti Spyware doesn't ignore Claria. who ever says it does is an idiot just looking for page views. MS however did downgrade Claria. MS use to remove it and place it into a quarantine. Now when you run the MS Scan it gives you the option to remove it or leave it.
