July 18th, 2005, 02:02 PM #1Extended???
When I looked at my June transaction report, I found a lot of "Extend" status for one company. That company terminated the program with CJ at the end of June. I am worried about if I will get paid. Does anyone see something like this before?

The company is listed in "Extended transactions due to non-payment" report. What does that mean?

Huge chance move from 'Extended transactions due to non-payment'
to 'Reversed transactions due to non-payment' and, as result, reverse your transactions

What can I do to get my commission if this company refuse to pay CJ? Any suggestions?

Is it a company that normally extends all of their transactions? If it is, you probably don't have anything to worry about. If not, you might want to report it to CJ.

Nothing you can do if they don't pay CJ. Unfortunately CJ has already extended them credit using YOUR money.
Try to contact them and ask them if they plan on paying CJ. If no response or anything but a definate YES, remove their links immediately and replace them with a merchant outside of CJ and forget you ever knew them.

Sounds to me like they've shut down and still owe CJ some money.
Is the company moving from one affiliate program to another?
If so, there's the possibility that they will clean everything up in order to keep their reputation clean. If they're simply leaving the affiliate space or - worse - the site itself is going under (or being sold), then you could be S.O.L.
You can try approaching the merchant directly. It could be that there's a dispute between the company and CJ on other matters (which is leading to the non-payment). They may not be aware that this will impact your commissions paid.
Just some thoughts... hope they help.
