In the first week we had an double account problem. PW fixed it and answered every e-mail. They were proactive on it.
I have received numerous phone calls from them checking on me and letting me know about new offers and ones that are deactivated.
I have not had a single e-mail unanswered. Payments are on time and even early.
I give them two thumbs up! Excellent staff.
I do miss the live stats. I also wish the reporting system was a bit more detailed. Overall I can live without these items, but it would be nice.
