    Lower payments?
Has anyone else noticed that the last week or so Adsense hasn't been paying as well? I am getting about the same number of clicks but I'm earning a lot less.

    Anyone?

I've noticed this for the past two years, after starting off with reasonable payouts and watching click payouts drop to less than half what they were in the beginning. If they drop lower, I'll be giving clicks away. :-)

To answer the question specifically: I haven't noticed any new drops in payouts the past week or so. Might be a seasonal drop for your market, DSC?

if you are in a niche market it may be that the advertisers are bidding less. I'm sure that for some subjects the advertisers who started early with the system have already dropped out.

Just what was the amount that adsense contracted to pay you?

Not a thing but who's counting? ;-) and we'd probably best stop flapping our jaws about this or we'll attract the TOS God's wrath. :-)

I'm up in CPM and overall $$ since the new TOS for Adwords came into effect, which was about a week or so ago. I suppose some of the more obscure keywords that were on hold now got released, albeit for a higher price. Looks like it works for my niche, maybe not for others.

I run a golfing website so I don't think it's a seasonal thing... I did notice the last day or two has been back up to about normal...

I didn't mean to imply anything was wrong adsense, just a curiously sudden downturn... hopefully its back on the road to recovery.

Thanks for all your input guys.

Mine's started picking up this month, but...

    I absolutely loved last October-November-December.
