Hiring a freelance affiliate manager: what terms to offer?

We have launched our lingerie affiliate program with www.shareasale.com two weeks ago.
At the moment we see that most our affiliate program subscribers are likely to subscribe to all new affiliate programs available on the Internet. We try to do our own research of efficient affiliates, but we are short of time as well as experience - it is our first affiliate program. So, we have an idea to hire a freelance affiliate manager.
Could anyone give us an idea about the terms that online stores offer to freelance affiliate managers? Is it a % of all sales that pass through affiliate program or some other combination?

Typically an outsourced affiliate manager earns a monthly fee and a % of sales. These are based on the size of your program, the number of products you offer, etc. It is hard to give a specific $$ amount of % revenue share, as this greatly varies among merchants.
Feel free to email me to discuss.
