Any Feedback on Share a Sale Would be Appreciated...
Hi - I've been researching many affiliate network providers and came across Share a Sale. I am interested in hearing feedback on their program - what you like/disklike. Thank you for your assistance.

    Constance,

There are quite a few other threads that are in this forum related to this topic of likes and dislikes... You may be better off searching through some old threads on the subject...

    Constance,
First off HI and welcome to ABW
You can't go wrong with Shareasale. It is the most cost-effective network and it is run in a manner where you can sleep at night knowing that the SAS staff is working to keep the network clean and working to protect your investment in your program, as well as your affiliates' investment in their business.
As an affiliate I highly recommend it.
Best of luck in your new affiliate program.

    Shareasale: Cheap, easy, trustworthy.

Try to find one other network that can even hit two out of three of those. You won't 'cos there aren't any.

    Shareasale is the best.

I agree that SAS is a value based service. With that in mind, if you're new to the world of Affiliate Marketing (as I am), this is not a handholding experience. Basically, you're sort of thrust in to the fold and have to figure out some things on your own.

Overall, our company's experience with SAS thus far has been great. Support is a little slower than I'd like, but they seem to be attentive to merchant needs while providing a safe & secure network solution.

    Cheers,

And don't buy into the big network's "more exposure" line of BS.

A big network may get you hundreds or thousands of affiliates in a jiffy, but you'll find that only a handful of them will immediately and consistently produce traffic and sales. That same handful of affiliates would find you anyway, no matter where you are. Don't waste your time and money on the big networks with their big light show.

    What I like.

    Best for price.

    Best for honesty and integrity.

    Timely, reliable payments to affiliates.

    Only parasite free programs allowed.

    Best for up time.

    Reliable tracking and reporting.

Hardly ever any problems with any kind of functioning.

Known and no doubt used by most professional affiliate marketers.

Fewer one banner mom and pop sites to weed through in their affiliate base.

    Best tools for affiliate use.

Best support for merchants and affiliates regardless of size or performance.

    What I dislike.

Can I get back to you?

I will really need more time to think to come up with something.

To be fair, that is true of any network.

SAS is "Best for honesty and integrity."

I am very impressed with many features on share a sale, love the fact that links are set up to open in a new window so I dont have to add that html. I also like the many options on the top of the page.

I am new to share a sale, and am still learning how to navagate the site, I seem to have some trouble finding more than just 40 links at a time. When I am building or updating pages, it is usually an all day event, so I need hundreds of links on a daily basis almost. I keep looking for a page link to move to the next set of links, can you please tell me how to get to new links when I finish with the page I am on?

I do have a recent problem though. A merchant sent an email through share a sale, stating that if the affs didnt start sending links to prospetive customers, those affs would be dropped. I was shocked when I read that, and I wish I would have had a better temper at the time, I would not have purged that email. Would love to share it with everyone.
