SaS has a reversal rate report for merchants that shows the last month's reversals. I think this report would be more valuable if it showed data by the quarter of even by the year.

I've had SaS merchants who reverse 100% of sales. Since the reversal report shows only the last month, other affiliates are likely to get suckered into the programs.

If merchants knew that their reversals stuck with them forever, then they might be less tempted to use reversals to cut cost and only use reversals to prevent fraud.

BTW, It often takes more than a month for a sale to be reversed. That means short duration reports will be inaccurate.

IMHO, the ideal reversal report would simply show the number of reversals per 100 orders per quarter for the last two years.
