I had an issue with a feed I was working on, sent over files to Richard, turned out to be user error (bad code) but it was great that he was able to point that out to me.
This is not the first time either, I have asked for help previously with the same excellent service everytime.

Thank you for the kind words. It's been an unusually challenging week here in tech support, so your generosity is especially appreciated today.
The number of support requests varies from time to time, so we're not always able to deliver same-day service. But that's our goal, to resolve issues as quickly as they come up and if a bug is found in the software to deliver a fix within 48 hours whenever possible.
We're far from perfect, but our response times are much shorter than industry averages.
