Todd, if Zappos is not communicating with their affiliates, is there anything we can do? Is there anything you can do? We are all extremely disappointed with the sudden lack of communication, not to mention the reason why we are upset.

I would contact an executive at Zappos and ask them what you should do. normally Jack is very responsive. Maybe he is on vacation?
Customer support should be able to direct you to corporate.

I think Todd answered your question by giving you their direct tool free phone number. The rest is up to you.
Let us know what you find out. Zappos is usually very good. Maybe Jack sent an email while on vacation. One never knows.Ron Bechdolt | Affiliate Program Management Consultant
