    Was Tracking Affected?
I'm just curious as to what others are seeing in their transaction reports. For me everything looks good except for Friday, August 12. I'm finding it hard to believe that tracking wasn't affected because my total earnings for the day were less than $1 when I usually generate a lot more. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday were above average for me.

Anybody else have a light day on Friday compared to other days?

Go the "back door" route through the new transaction link on the front publisher page. Then you can modify query or whatever it is and access the reports. Note that only commission summary and commission detail were working as of yesterday. Commission detail is equivalent to the transaction detail reports from the pre-upgrade era.

OK - who's got the key to that backdoor! it's been locked and barred for some of us, I guess.

    Abigail,
Don't feel bad I can't access anything either, all I have is the old interface still and reports still unavailable.

I suggest you all stop running reports until they are officially back up 1) becasue they may not be 100% up to date yet and 2) you may delay us putting them back online due to the load from running the reports (which aren't supposed to be accessed yet).

Surely the load from 20,000 ABWers wouldn't be too big?

Point taken, will logging in to our accounts in general effect the progress? I do not want to slow the system down un-knowingly

In all fairness, if you hadn't started the New Transaction Reporting feedback thread asking for feedback on reporting, I wouldn't have known about accessing reports via the "Today's Tasks" link on the home page and would still be seeing the "Sorry. This section is temporarily unavailable." I ran reports because you asked for the feedback and so I tried the reports to see if there was anything I wanted to comment about.

Okay, now that we are officially allowed to run transactions, back to the original question. Every thing is supposedly caught up. There were no additions to my Friday sales. Did anybody else see Friday as a very weak day?

Tracy - Did anybody else see Friday as a very weak day?
Don't do that to me. I was ready for a heart attack!

I run my transaction report for Friday 12
Commission Detail Report by Advertiser Company from 12-Aug-2005 to 12-Aug-2005
Not one sale. Never had a day without a sale for the last 7 or 8 years. Could not believe it!
Well, I had to change my filter from Posting Date to Event Date to see them.
All my 12-Aug-2005 transactions are posted on 13-Aug-2005. (Friday was not a bad day)

So, it could be the same for you. Check around for 12-Aug-2005 transactions.

I wish that were the case, but alas I was looking at Event Dates and ran the report inclusive from August 11 through August 14. I guess it was just a rare bad day for me.

Yup Based on the transaction detail report
    ZERO sales on 14th,
    ZERO sales on 13th,
    ZERO sales on 12th,
    ZERO sales on 11th,
ZERO sales but 1 reversal ($4.00) on 10th,
    ZERO sales 1 reversal ($1.10) on 9th
    ZERO sales on 8th
    ZERO sales on 7th
    ZERO sales on 6th
    ZERO sales 1 reversal ($4.80) on 5th
    ZERO sales on 4th
    ZERO sales 2 reversals ($6.60) and ($6.90) on 3rd
    ZERO sales on 2nd
    ZERO sales on 1st
Definitely something is wrong. The sales were there before the upgrade.
    *sigh*

Looks to me like batch-reported transactions haven't been added to the reports yet. Our sales for non-batch merchants appear to be within the normal range during the upgrade period, but we don't have a single sale from any of our otherwise very reliable batch-reporting merchants. For most of them it shows their last batch as either 10-Aug or 11-Aug. A couple show a 14-Aug batch, although I don't see any transactions being reported from that batch.(Well, there are a *lot* of things I don't see in the new transaction reports, but that's for another thread...)

So I'm not the only one who saw a huge gap on the 12th?

You're not the only one. I have ZERO sales before the 15th. Sales from July went missing too. Only the reversals stayed put. Or is there some other report that shows the sales before the 15th?

The commission and transaction reports don't show any sales for before the 15th in my account.
