    Unhappy Manual Transactions
Does anyone know what happened to the Manual Transactions button in the reporting page?

There are a few orders that slipped past CJ but ended up on our tracking system and I went to manually add them, but alas no manual transaction button - I guess it got left off in the update as well?

Please insight from someone would be greatly appreciated.

    All the best,
    Amanda

If you click the Transaction Reports Tab there is a text link "Create Manual Transaction" located under Quick Links.

I've already written threads about this before, sometimes our system picks up sales that seem to "slip" by CJ so I always enter these transaction manually. I don't know if it is a linking issue on the publishers part or a reporting issue on CJs part.

Swalker - thanks for the heads up about quick links - I'll try that.

I just try to make sure everyone gets the commissions they are due.

It's pretty scary to hear that transactions "slip" by CJ. I've had this suspicion for a long time now, but that's neither here nor there (no use crying over spilt milk I guess, especially when you can't prove it). All I can say is that you are probably one of very few (if not the only merchant) who would go the extra mile for their affiliates and correct these "slip-ups". Wonder how many sales have just gone unreported without any of us knowing about it (this referring to other merchants of course, not you!).

After reading this thread, I think I'll sign up for your program

what about the merchants that don't have the mechanism like amanda in place. I am sure many of them don't do the tracking on thier ownin addition to CJs.
Now the $$$million$$$ question for you amanda: Can you give us an idea of how many transactions you end up crediting manually, by any matrix? maybe the % of overall transactions?

I've included link to old thread on this issue.

I would say I enter two or three manual transactions a month so this is a very small percentage. But I believe every penny counts!

And Grumpy, we'd love to have you as part of our team!
