Who are they going to blame for making their crap difficult to impossible to remove from one's PC without melting it with a road flare?

Who are they going to blame regarding how their software overwrites the affiliate code in an existing cookie (or how it writes a new cookie where none should exist) so they can STEAL credit for sales commissions that they did NOT earn?
