    Voided Sales
    I keep finding Voided Sales (mainly from one merchant) with no explenation as to why they are void. Is there some place I'm missing that explains why they are voided in the user interface, or is this something that has not been incorporated yet into sharasale?

    If you click on the transaction ID, you will see the explanation of why the commission was voided. The transaction ID will be in brackets to the left of the sale amount.

    Ok, I'm now slapping my hand on my forehead. Duh, I guess I got to tiffed when the sales were voided 2 minutes after I got them. Thanks

    i think the merchant has to put in an explaination when they void a sale.
    i cant remember ??.
    i have only ever had to do it once.

    they do have a reason but a very vuege one.

    I have a similar problem with one merchant on SaS.

    The explanations are so vague and the "voids" are so frequent, that I delinked them and STILL get sales!!! A few voids aren't bad and are probably inevitable but this one merchant seems to throw me a crumb every so often and void everything else.

    As a merchant, I've been forced to void a number of sales for a number of reasons. I wish there was the ability to enter a comment at the point of voiding that order so that I can better explain to my affiliate the situation at hand.

    There is a bright side, on some of my voids I've been able to bring the sale back (after working with the customer to rectify whatever issue voided the deal in the first place) and even in one case, UPSELL!
