Correct. Send complaints/concerns regarding advertiser compliance (i.e. tracking problems) to fraud@cj.com. Be sure to include as much information as possible so it can be investigated.

Confirmation emails or transaction id's from sales, time and date of transactions, screen shots of confirmation page, source code of confirmation page, URL for your links, advertiser name, products you bought.

The more the better. It will be investigated and you will be notified of the results.

    Thanks,

The usual time that CJ Fraud has replied to my complaints has 4-8 weeks, when they reply at all. And usually, the replies are just attempts to close the ticket, not resolve the issue.

The only time I ever got a quick response from CJ was when I complained about the forums being closed.

So my point, Austin, is to go ahead and PM Haiko and save the wait time.

    Austin,

Yes, CJ support can view your account information.

Not unless they use your login and pass from the FP... the info they have displayed is displayed "differently" than a "publisher" screen.
