    Dell Home Cookie Problem?
    Is anyone else experiencing the same problems with Dell Home sales in the last week. First half of their coupons stopped working on Tuesday, then they fixed that. Then my sales decreased by 50% and my non commissionable sales increased by 900%. I know they only have a 1 day return but this volume is suspect. Check your non commissionable sales report from 8/22 to 8/25.

    Who at Dell would care if their cookies don't track sales commissions??

    It's been over a month since this sale went through and I've had absolutely no assistance on the matter. I got a canned email to submit a transaction inquiry, but nothing after that. I'm very angry with Dell right now.
