    CJ slow like hell
Browsing is OK, but when it comes to searching a product, it atleast takes 5 minutes to fetch the results.

I still haven't been able to get publisher pages to search - so slow and then I end up getting an error message

    Document Contains no data

So it's been impossible to search through my publishers for about 3 weeks now.

Reports also very slow to load.

Can't log in at all. It's Monday morning, maybe they're working on "fixing it" now.

    Don't even get me started.

I've been really, really good about not whining in the forums (I think!) - I had really good faith that CJ would fix it as they always eventually do. But now, I'm beginning to wonder... I've never seen anything like this in my time as Rugman's AM, and it's affecting my productivity BIG TIME. That's where I get a little um... miffed, if you will.

I can't access my Affiliate messages very well due to these issues w/ the interface so Affiliates - please contact me at my regular email address if you have it, if you need anything. If you need my email as you and don't have it just shoot me over a quick PM here and I'll do my best to respond ASAP.

Ditto with pending applications and link updates - so for those of you lying in wait - Please accept my apologies and know I will get to it soon.

If you have a pending application and want to be fast tracked, please PM me and I'll do my best to get to it as soon as I can get in.

Thanks for your patience to all who belong to Rugman.com or who are trying to get in.

CJ - I know you're working on the problem but jeez - hire a consultant if your in-house folks can't figure out what the issue is... it would be an investment in keeping business you might otherwise lose. Please do whatever you have to and get us up and running again at NORMAL speed (if not better!).

    Regards to all,

Servers running slow after an upgrade and no improvement over time tends to point toward a migration to Microsoft Server software.
