    Can't log in!! Again!!
    Timing out ....... I can't log-in......... Grrrrrrrrrrrr,,,,,,

    Oh, I can login. I just can't access anything for more than a minute. If I'm lucky, about 5/6 times I try to access a reports page, it actually displays after about 5 minutes of "loading page."

    Then, once it's loaded, I can't perform any sorting or modification functions - it either just won't load the page, or it 'loads' for 5 minutes before displaying a "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" error.

    GRRR this has been going on consistently for nearly what - 3 wks now?

    CJ PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I'm losing productivity as we speak...

    Please don't make us seek alternatives. I've been quite content with our performance through CJ 'til recently - but I can't afford to NOT be able to access my reports!

    My question is what does CJ plan to do to compensate us for the % it's been taking on each commission paid out by the merchants. The % we pay CJ on the merchant end is not just for tracking - it's for the full package. INCLUDING ACCESS TO MY REPORTS.

    If you're not going to give us what we're paying for either reduce your cut until it's fixed (that would show REAL support) or compensate us somehow.

    We're NOT getting what we're paying for...

    I hope to see good news on this matter SOMEWHERE soon. Preferrably in the form of my CJ interface working for a change.

    There doesn't seem to be much point, anyway - reports are very slow and NOT ONE SINGLE TRANSACTION REPORTED YET TODAY!!!!!!! YUK.........

    Tuesday, I think he has the job of updating the messages on CJ. One of them is now a week old. I remember reading that they'll keep us posted thru those messages on what's happening. So much for that.

    I was able to login earlier, although not much point to it. There were a few new transactions posted, a couple from eBay that actually happened yesterday but didn't post until this morning, and I think a transaction or two from very early today, but not much since then.

    Can't get product links, they all seem to be broken in the CJ Account Manager. Still.

    CJ, you need to get it together - this is really too much! Affiliates can't do business, and merchants can't do business, either. You aren't doing anyone much good right now.

    I get the same thing now.

    Is it possible to run a company more irresponsibly than CJ? And the worst thing is the TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

    That alone destroys companies and puts them out of business.
