    Question MyAp/Kowabunga!
    Hi,

    Does anyone use MyAp?

    I have been trying to email and phone them for a couple of weeks now and cannot get through.

    Does anyone know if there is a problem there?

    No trouble reacing Kowabunga by email
    I'm not sure what your problem getting through could be -- they've been active on this board during that time.

    I exchanged a couple private emails with them yesterday (I inquired, they responded, I answered back, and they responded again with detailed tech info to address my issue).

    They are there, and they are working.

    Thanks for the reply. It seemed very strange that the telephone number I used to contact them on now seems unavailable and have not had a reply to any of my emails.

    If anyone from MyAp/Kow picks up this message then can you please call Vivid Lime or Email Max in regards to our Priority Pass program.

    An account manager is going to call you now.

    I think you may have tried to call our toll free number from the UK - this won't work.

    From outside the US, you need to phone - +01 734.728.4500

    Hi Ben - just to clarify for our international friends as +01 may end up in outer-Zarbonia

    The country code for US and Canada is 1 and international numbers are usually prefixed with a +, so the number is +1...
