    Yes, I was just about to post myself. I even went as far as requesting a new password and that doesn't work either.

    Can't get in and no response from Performics. It would be nice to know if it is everyone or just the 2 of us.

    I just now tried logging into Performics after seeing this thread and I had no problem. I logged in fine.

    Maybe whatever was wong is fixed?

    I contacted them and they said they're going to reset my password and email me the new one. Still waiting on that.

    I can get in, but I can't run any reports. Anyone else having this problem? Wasn't the upgrade supposed to have been done as of Sunday?

    Correction: I can run reports if I specify a date, but not if I use "Yesterday."

    Well, it's been 3 days now and I still can't sign in to Performics. After numerous emails that were no help I placed a call this morning and of course got someone's voicemail so I am now waiting (and hoping) that maybe someone will call back and then I can finally get into my account once more.

    Received a call back and talk to someone there. He said my password had been reset and I told him it still didn't work. He then tried to logon to my account and guess what? He couldn't do it. Later I received an email that said the tech dept found a bug and expects it to be resolved by the morning. He also told me that this has been a problem for many since the upgrade.

    Yes, finally back in. Only 4 days of not being to log in. Well, not bad...only about a day more than the update took.
