Why clickbank is not available worldwide?
alot of countries is not included in their list

It has likely nothing to do with hate and more to do with dollars.
There are parts of the world that produces so much fraud that it saves a lot of time, trouble, and money to just turn away any applications from those areas.
It's a shame for honest people in those areas. I guess we all deal with people who ruin things for others.
I don't know about Clickbank, but some networks will respond to a direct appeal and create an account for you. Send them an email and leave out the word "discrimination".

We've all heard the saying "one bad apple." The lowlife jerks who perform fraudulent acts make it more difficult for all of us. I have banned entire IP ranges from viewing my sites, simply because I'm tired of the fraud, SPAM, and everything else that comes from those areas.
Do I block good people who I would normally welcome to my sites? Yes, I do. And I regret that, but it's part of the price they pay for where they live.
