Extract from CJ Help see below
---------------------------------------
EPC (Average Earnings Per One Hundred Clicks) is a relative rating that illustrates the ability to convert clicks into commissions. The calculation is made by taking the sum of all commissions earned for 7 days and divide by the sum of all clicks for the same 7 days and multiply this by 100. If today's date = N, the date range used is N-8 to N-2.

What's your point? Reversals are negative "earnings" and can pull the EPC below zero if the merchant isn't getting any sales to exceed the reversal numbers. That downward trend looks pretty scary though....

5. Seems something must be very wrong. To go from a high of +125 on August 8th, to a negative number a month later, that merchant is either getting ready to bail, or has a serious tracking problem.

You might point this out to CJ AAQ, maybe you'll be lucky enough to find someone there who actually cares...

6. I am hard pressed to find someone who cares at CJ. Everyone I talk to seems to only know the following words:
"glitch"
"no estimate"
"sorry"
