Consideration paid by BabyUniverse includes approximately $6.4 million in cash and 53,165 shares of BabyUniverse common stock.
Hey, it may not be a billion, but I think I could make do with that

Anyone know when DreamtimeBaby first went online?

Waybackmachine shows first archive of April 3, 2001, so I would guess beginning of 2001

BTW, I bet we see more aquisitions coming down the road for BabyU, since they're now public and have some new money.

I've been calling it Dot-Com Boom 2.0 for a while now

    I've also mentioned what follows such a boom - Dot-Bust 2.0!

At least the "Dot-Com Boom 2.0" is healthier than the previous one. These companies make a profit, while during the previous boom all those companies only burnt money.
