    CJ Server Down?
Is anyone else having problems logging in to CJ? I'm getting the "The page cannot be displayed" message.

I'm getting the same thing. And half the CJ Stuff on my one site is not showing up either.

No problems here. I can login to CJ, and links at site are working fine.

Same here, Tracy. It's affecting the performance of my site. Any page that has a CJ banner takes forever to load, and then the link does not work when clicked.

Well, I have figured out part of why my site is not loading properly. I use the tracking links for both CJ and BF. Every page that has those tracking links is taking forever to load because the servers are down.

    I'm on the East Coast.

I'm East Coast too (say it's not another CA power failure is it?)

Not only are images not loading, but when clicking thru to any CJ merchants - that's producing error messages as well.

Too bad it's not sunnier out or I'd play hookie!

I checked several publisher sites and the ads loaded and redirected me to the advertiser sites. I think there are router isssues on the Internet and this is not a CJ issue.

I have requested our tech ops team look into this further. I will update you on what they find.

Would the tech ops know with this month+ (5 week) upgrade will be finished? Why is this taking so long? And can you send a rep from CJ to answer any lingering questions? Like why do you consistently leave old messages up, where is Vermont Country Store, what's with the bouncing balances etc.

We use Keynote to give us a real world view of our systems (members area, ad serving, homepage, etc.) from virtually everywhere in the world (207 points across the globe). We have looked at everything and see no issues with ad serving for CJ or BFAST. We will continue to monitor things closely in case something flares up.

I'm on East Coast - cannot log in to CJ, and my links are not working.

there is an obvious problem with cj - all of my other links (Linkshare, etc) ate working.

of course I just sent out my newsletter - full of CJ links.

I get a "page not found" when I try to login at CJ and also BFAST.

My pages with CJ links are very slow to load - like the visitor would be long gone.

All of the CJ links I've tried to follow give a "page not found".

In other words, for all intents and purposes of earning money my sites are totally offline.

    HI Todd,

It may be a DNS issue, at least for the qksrv.net domain, please have your tech folks review:
    http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsre...main=qksrv.net

It looks like your whois has the mediaplex servers (64.x.x.x block) as authoratative but the mediaplex servers's ns records are giving out the cj name servers (216.x.x.x & 63.x.x.x blocks).

    Also ns2.mediaplex.com is down.

Thank you for looking into this Todd,

    Tuan
