    Do you always read merchant TOS?
    If you join a program on a network and the network states that the program pays X% commission and makes no mention of tiers or lower commissions tied to certain products, do you still go to the merchant's site and read their terms if they have them posted on the affiliate page of their web site?
    Just curious...

    If there are good people running the show, I assume both places would say the same thing. If it's something totally new to me, I'll waste time double checking.
