Yikes. I hadn't even thought of that. My servers are at EV1Servers.net, which is in Houston.
I just looked at their support forums, and it sounds like they have everything under control there.
Their datacenter is built to withstand Category 4 level winds, and is about 60 miles from the coast (where they currently expect Category 3 level winds). They have generators, 10,000 gallons of fuel, and additional fuel available within 2 miles of the datacenter.

Yep, mine are in Houston as well. My host already sent out notifications to everyone several days ago that they are ready for whatever hits, and that arrangements are already in place to host sites out of Dallas if necessary.
Sounds like they have everything under control. We'll see.

The only servers I have in Texas is one at ThePlanet for monitoring.
I don't really like renting servers, though...---

It seems like somebody out there wants to destroy all of my servers. We have 4 in New Orleans, 4 in Houston...somehow the New Orleans ones stayed up...there better not be any natural disasters heading for our other 4 (whose location I will not disclose!)
Is The Planet pretty well insulated too?
