    Tax problem...
    Hi
    I just join with www.reporting.net / https://affiliates.befree.com/Affiliates/index.jsp

I have a problem with Tax.

Is there anyone here who join with affiliates.befree.com and your location outside USA?

    I wanted to ask
    I am from Indonesia.

I know that Tax Classification and Individual or Business Tax ID is required to properly process and report my earnings.

On Tax Classification, I have choose "Foreign". Do I correct?

I don't have Individual or Business Tax ID. What do I have to do?

In your experience, What do you fill?
Can I fill Individual or Business Tax ID with "N/A"

Help me please, it would be appreciate.
    Thanks a lot

    Cheers,
    Abud

If I put n/a in tax ID area, Should I receive the commission that I earned?

What's happen If I don't report my earnings to local tax authorities.......?
    Should I get a problem?

I'm from pakistan and I don't have any problems receiving my payments.
Abud what you need to do is send them a W-8 Tax form, Its a must.
I have attached the w8 form to this post.

When you signup Commission Junction, they send a mail with the following text:
"In order to complete the payment information required for your account, please
take a few minutes to print, completely fill out and sign the attached tax
information form. Don't forget to enter your Commission Junction account number
in the field marked "Reference Number" on line 8. Send the form to Commission
Junction by fax (818-879-5284) or by mail.

    Commission Junction/ValueClick
    Attn: Publisher Payable
    4353 Park Terrace Drive
