What to do with LivePerson cookies?
I was having some browser wierdness, popups and browser freezes starting and some "winfixer" has tried to get me to download (no way). The Yahoo and MSN scans didn't pick anything up so I just got the latest Adaware and ran it. It picked up a possible browser hijack attempt and I'm in the middle of going through the log to clean up.

In the process it picked up 200+ cookies which it says are for data mining, with LivePerson (with Overstock) from 4:30 this morning being one of those found.

    Name:Tracking Cookie

I'm right in the middle now, is there anything I should look for, or just delete it (and the other ones) with all the rest?

Never mind, I just whacked it all but was very surprised at what was detected as a potential BHO (something else entirely, not connected) - as a site on their blacklist.

Thanks anyway, multiple popups were starting - it was a close call.

No need to classify them as a BHO. Their an in-house authorized commission pilferer allowed to hijack any and all sales while your referral shops.
