    Where did they go?
What happened to the X10 forums. No good-bye no warning just poof closed?

I'm not sure if I'm asking a question or not...I see they're in the closed forum area that I found doing a search.

    Are reasons given?

    Hi Suz,

I was wondering the same thing. I emailed Heather to find out. I'll post here when/if I hear anything.

Has anyone had any tracking problems with them this weekend?

Their reports stopped tracking sometime yesterday and according to my stats I am still sending traffic. I sent an email into them but its the weekend.

I'm hoping this is not a sign of something more serious than a reporting glitch.

I wish when forums go bye-bye that Haiko would give a reason why. I've posted about the Shoebuy forum disappearing and never got an answer. I think most of the time it's just that they didn't renew and there have been a few times it was because of some shadiness. If it's that, i would like to know, think everybody would.

There are sometimes potential legal implications against ABW if I post why forums close or are closed, but I will try to express why in the future. Sorry about that.

Heather no longer is part of X10, so I don't think you'll get an answer from her, but I'm sure the tracking issue has nothing to do with the forum's removal.

    edited to add:
    ==========
I have emailed the CEO of X10 this thread so hopefully they can post something regarding the tracking issue.

    Thanks Haiko.

Looks like tracking is back and they have filled in the missing stats from yesterday.

I'm not a psychic reader but, after I read my CJ emails the other day, I think I know the answer to that question.

All I can say is that I ABW and and I still trust the

I'm not familiar with the email Sal is referencing but I highly doubt any payment issues Suz.

    Alex got back to me:

    Haiko,

I read the forum thread. It's okay if you want to respond to it. Heather has
left us for personal reasons (It's sad and I wish we could help her more),
however, it's likely she'll remain associated with us on a project basis.
Her second in command, Raul is going to take the reigns of day to day AM
duties. His new manager will be an internal appointee and will be announced
    soon.

Thank you for treating us so well...I really appreciate it.

    Regards,

    Alex
X10 is a good company, I doubt you'll have problems with them.

    Thanks Haiko

I've worked hard to get the traffic I have for them right now and I'd hate to see it go down the tubes.

I'm sorry that Heather is no longer with them she was very helpful as are the other x10 people I've dealt with!

Ahhh, that explains why Heather is not responding to my emails this week. I was contacting her to let her know that the free tickets she gave me to the e c o m x p o were pretty much worthless. I was out of town the first two days of the show and when I tried to log in one evening I found out the pass I got was very limited (but they never said so until then) and I could not review anything in the archives as I had to pay my own money if I wanted any of that. I'm pretty sure Heather was not aware of this, nor any other merchant giving out these free passes and I thought it important to alert merchants when they give away free things that they may not always be free.

You are soo funny, I found your email, you were trying to access the show when it was over!! The passes worked just fine, you have to login into the show when it is open..(;-)
