    Thank you, Haiko!

Best of all, matzoh is optional with this holiday!

    Unfortunately gefilte fish is not.

I will never understand why Jewish deli food is considered inappropriate for holidays. I'll have a #10 with a Cel-Ray soda and a garlic pickle, puleeze!

No thanks, just looking at that in the jars, I know my Gentile taste buds'd never handle it. But next time I have some matzos (*those* are good!) I'll think of you all

Ahhh cmon now... just imagine ground beef hamburgers, but with fish. And horseradish and a little carrot slice, instead of ketchup and a slice of tomato!

    It's great!

When I was a kid, a million years ago, I spent a lot of time with my aunt and uncle in Brooklyn, NY.Being young, I never knew why the temple next door was so busy on saturdays, or why cantor's sang so beautifully. Acroos the street was Jack's deli, i loved going their to see all of the food and just the smell of the pickles, and other things.Jack, knew I was from a poor family in NJ, he offered me a job, cleaning up, and making some deliberies, I got $10 a week, and all I could eat.I gained about 15 pounds that summer.Ever since then, I had worked in store development for sevearl companies, the guys went out lunch, or dinner together, many times, they told me the red soup had blood in it, the green soup grass, I was ahead of them by this time.I loved the meals, and selzer water they squirted at each other. In the service, Ike sent us to see the greaest horrors in my life, 3 camps from the holocaust, we were so shaken, we couldn't see, from the tears,or speak from the nausea, these were battle harden vet's.I love people of all races, colors and creeds. It's the individuals that spoil it for the many.
We are all God's children, and he watches.
