    ABW PHOTO will tear your heart strings
    I didn't get back in time, obviously, but I just had to provide a link to a short movie of a baby, Julianna, who was born without a face. A lot of you may think this may be on the morbid side. However, I really felt I had to share this. It really had the tears rolling . . .

    I'm not 100% certain it was the same condition, but I used to read old Reader's Digests when visiting my grandparents' house as a kid. No idea what year it was from or anything, but I remember a story "Born without a Face" that made a huge impression on me. It was just amazing how much it took to build a face.

    Heartbreaking to see such a bad case. Makes dealing with my son's craniosynostosis (fixed in 1 surgery and 3.5 months of helmet therapy) look a lot easier.
