I thought that maybe a proactive explanation of what I'd like in a report (other than 'one that works...') might be of more value to our relationship with CJ.

In that vein - here is what I'd like...

When I choose REPORTS, I'd like a menu of links to the following reports...
$Commisions
$Payments
$Owed
$Sales
#Sales
$Returns
#Returns
????

I would like each of these links lead to a separate report; I want all of the reports to use the same general format. These reports would be of the form ...


Advertiser _|_ Current_mo_|_ Last_mo_|_ Prev_mo ... (for about 6 mo - or what fits)

Able_CO ---- ----- ----- ...
Baker_Inc ---- ----- ----- ...
...
Zed_Co ---- ----- ----- ...

TOTAL ------ ------- ------ ....

It would be nice if the headings (Advertiser, Current_mo ...) were 'live' so that I could sort the table by 'amount owed last_mo...' by clicking the appropriate heading. CJ's great computer in the sky has the necessary information and the programmers of the world know how to program these tables so ...

It would also be nice (using a cookie) if the report menu could remember which report I looked at last and offer that report - updated...- as the default... I'm a creature of habit.

Feel free to add your most desired report - we might hit on a suggestion that they and we both like.
