October 19th, 2005, 04:00 PM #1Affiliate Stats Calculator
I put together a small EXCEL spreadsheet to analyze some site data..
Just wanted to see if anyone else would be interested in using it..
The Calculator will tell you YOUR::
1. Average Conversion Ratio
2. Average Sale Amount
3. Average Earned Per Unique Visitor (YOURs and MERCHANTs)
4. Average Pageloads per Visitor, Hour, Week, Month
5. Average Earned Per Day, Week, Month
All averages are based on the total amount of information entered. It will Analyze 12 months of DATA -- BUT -- if only two months of data are entered the averages will be correctly calculated...
One of the tools (Cool Stats Page) will allow you to add sales per day or traffic and it will calculate what that would mean to your sales based on your current conversion ratio and average sale amount... if you enter an increase of 10% to traffic it will tell you how many uniques and sales that adds up to be per day... ect.. ect..
All You Have To Enter For Each Month Is:::
Retail Value of Sales
It will even tell you how much your affiliate job is worth based on a 40 hour work week.. (no holidays, time off, sick days or vacation time considered)
If you enter all the PERSONAL info it will also tell you how many days/hours it takes for you to pay::
Your Hosting Fee
Your Car Payment
It will even calculate your average taxes (if your tax percentage is correct)
I hope some of you find this interesting...
It was just a quick tool I put together for myself so don't expect it to be super NICE.. LOL... but it DOES WORK CORRECTLY........
It is worth it to have the ability to ADD traffic or sales per day to see what that would do to your income.. the results may surprise you.. (should you try and add more traffic or make more sales with the traffic you have?)
IF - Anyone uses it and have some ideas of what else should go in it let me know..
PS - The BRAINS of the spreadsheet are on the first page at the bottom hidden in black background. DO NOT mess with these cells or the calculations will not be correct...

Awesome AH, thanks.
Affiliates say, nice, cool tool.
Parasites say, I see a bundling opportunity.
Thanks for not loading a BHO when I opened it ...LOL

I was going to put a DISCLAIMER saying that no Parasites/Adware/Spyware would be installed on your PC.. LOL
YES - Check it out and let me know what you think about it..
My Average Conversion Ratio = 3/100
My Average Pageloads Per Unique = 5.80
But I would be interested to see what good you think it is...
Add some data to it and then open the COOL STATS page and increase traffic or sales.. let me know..

I just Corrected a MISTAKE I found...
The MONTHLY Stats was giving a TOTAL instead of an AVERAGE....
I looked it over and that should be it....
SORRY ABOUT THAT...
This is the corrected version...

buy_online - Sure go ahead... but I am working on Version 1.02 right now LOL...
That was just a quick tool I put together to see what it would tell me.. and get some ideas of what else I could add..
Version 1.02 will be much sleaker.. and some important fields will be locked so someone cannot accidently change an important field and mess the calculations up..
You may want to wait for that one to post as a FREE TOOL..??

Single Tear.. Thank You.. it is appreciated..
Well I was just doing this for myself - then I realized that there are other affiliates out there that could probably use something like this as well...
SO I decided WTF.. why not..
Any one that looks at that stats calculator and sees some things that could be done better or easier.. let me know... I am not an Excel Expert at all.. I just like to make cells calculate different scenerios..
Putting the finishing touches on Version 1.02 now.. will post ASAP...
