    Thumbs down POWWEB hosting
    They offer 5 gb of storage, 300 gb of transfer and 5 MySQL databases.

    Unfortunately, if you have a database with about 30,000 lines (really not very large) in it that updates automatically once a day, they kick you out for using too many resources

    If you operate a static web site that uses no resources they can handle you. If you operate any kind of web site that uses the features they offer, they kick you out.

    What a joke this is!!!! I should have known better.

    Have you talked to THEM about it? Good hosting providers tend to have good flexibility...

    If you have a large datafeed site your limited too. I think it's around 60,000 files

    I cancelled them. I have one dedicated server that is full and just ordered another one. These $7 /month hosting companies are pure fraud. They offer all these resources to get you to buy, but if you use them the way they are supposed to be used, they ***** because you are overusing resources and they can't cram 1000 accounts on a single server if you use them they way they are advertising they can be used.

    I use a pair of 9.95's for static sites, about 9 of them . . . I'll be discussing the ramifications of expanding into database use next year before I take it off my test server.
