November 1st, 2005, 02:23 AM #1where can I answer my potential customers' question at Amazon?
I have a question and hope you could help you.
we have a link (or something like this ) at Amazon.com, and I receive e-mails notification informing that I have a question to answer there from Amazon occasionally, but when I click the link disclosed in those e-mails. I have the question in these e-mails, too. But the link dose not help lead me to the question-answer board. So where can I find the correct section and reply answers to the questions?

be careful which email you answer.
there are criminals sending emails trying to find out your passwords.
amazon.com will not ask you to click on a link inside an email in order to answer a question.

Hi, Herb ԿԬ
Thank you for reminding me of this. The links does lead me to Amazon but it requests me to sign in first, I have nothing to do with it and personally have no feeling of it. So I give up every time.

yes, if Amazon.com wants you to do something they will tell you to log in on the Web to their site first, not through a link on an email.
