    ValueClick’s revenue up 87% to $81.4 million

    Q3 revenue at ValueClick Inc., provider of online marketing services, increased 87% over Q3 2004, reaching $81.4 million, the company reported today.

    Third quarter 2005 results include a full quarter of operations from PriceRunner, acquired in August 2004, and E-Babylon and Webclients, both acquired in June. The company reports that Fastclick, acquired in late September, was not included in the company`s reported third quarter 2005 operating results.

    Net income for the third quarter was $11 million compared to $7.6 million for the third quarter of 2004. ValueClick says that based on its third quarter results and outlook for 2005, it is raising its fiscal year 2005 guidance, issued on Sept. 30. It had projected full-year revenue of $291-$301 million and now expects $299-$304 million. It’s projecting 2006 revenue at $480-$500 million.

    One would think they could afford a network infrastructure that supports their necessary functions, but still we have reporting delays on pay day etc.

    That's quite an increase for the projected 2005 of $291-$301 million for this year. Hmmmm.

    NY AG ain't doing shoot, neither is Zwhatever, the new replcement for Pullen ... I suggest you people focus on the PSA and why they did that (and didn't announce it to CJU) and in Q4. - F eFakes, this is much more than that.
