I'd not waste time (and lost sales). Get on the phone and call them right away.

CJ is trigger-happy. No other network that I know of is so addicted to deactivating or threatening to deactivate publisher accounts. This is making it really hard to plan ahead to ramp up business with these folks. When you worry that it could all be gone tomorrow over a triviality or clerical error (check out my thread on the trademark infringement warning threat I'm still trying to get resolved), you start thinking real seriously about taking your business elsewhere...

If you failed to generate a commissionable txn over the past 6 months, your account may get deactivated for inactivity.

Todd for those people who get their accounts deactivated for no txns for 6 months, if they contact you, couldn't you guys just reactivate it? Wouldn't that be the better route? Would save them time and frustration and for all you know maybe their site starts to get traffic and clicking on dead links costs you money, costs the merchants possible lost sales and costs the affiliate possible lost commissions. You should have a reactivate button somewhere.

Fair enough...When can I expect to see my $6? I'll make sure that all the links to CJ are removed from my sites.

How about that error message...Maybe it shour read:

Our records indicate that your account has been deactivated.
Don't try logging on again because our records indicate that your account has been deactivated

If you failed to generate a commissionable transaction over the past 6 months, your account may get deactivated for inactivity. Please contact...to get your check and close your account.

    Just a thought.

    Thanks,
